Auracle is here to help you be on your side. This storytelling app teaches the user how to use cognitive behavioral therapy daily. I learned how to love myself by being taught the beauty of cognitive behavioral therapy, which is recognizing and changing your thought patterns. The mission is to guide the user in accepting and coping with their struggles to help make their anxieties work with them instead of against them. The user will learn to face their fears, calm themselves, understand their behavior and reactions, and build confidence.
